Audit of the State Board for Licensing and Regulation Reveals Concern for Homeowners
A recent audit of the State Board for the Licensing and Regulation of Plumbers Board revealed surprising insufficiencies and inadequacies in Board's lack of management controls. The Board's mission is to protect and imporve the general health and welfare of New Hampshire's citizens in the field of environmental sanitation through licensing plumbers, inspection and investigation, enforcement of the State Plumbing Code, and discipline (RSA 329-A:1, B-1.1).
